She had worked as a real estate saleswoman for Faith Realty and was a homemaker. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Evergreen Funeral Home, 1830 E. Fountain Blvd., with the Rev. Ray Kaiser officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be until 8 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Funeral home. Mrs. Freed was born Feb. 12, 1895, in Rantoul, Kan. and had lived in Colorado Springs for many years. She was married in 1914 in Rantoul to Seth Freed, who preceded her in death.
