Martin, I'm afraid I have very little information on the Milstead family. I've only had interest in Jane Milstead, b. 1731 Charles County, MD, d. April 14, 1805, Fairfax County, VA, daughter of Edward Jr. and Catherine (Barker) Milstead. She married William Coe, b. 1727 Charles County, MD, d. Oct. 9, 1792, Fairfax County, VA, son of Richard and Jane Coe of Charles County, MD. Edward Milstead Jr made a will in Charles County, Feb. 2, 1771, in which he left "to my daughter Jain Coe one English shilling and no more." William and Jane Coe had a son Edward Coe who moved to Loudoun County, VA, and named a son Edward Milstead Coe (1785-1822).
