Eliza Coe, I am looking for records to confirm data in Amos Carpenter book re. Wm Carpenter of Rehoboth that Ruth Coe m. John Carpenter in 1735. Do you have a Ruth Coe in you materials. This John Carpenter family apparently originated in Jamaica, L. I. and went to Orange Co. in the early or mid 1700s. The Carpenter book also states that Ruth (Coe) Carpenter married a "Mr. Thurston" after the death of John Carpenter. I am also descended from the Jaynes and Woodhull families thru the Wisners of Orange Co..
