My grandfather states in his Army records he was born 1883 in Crawford, or Fort Crawford,CO. Fort Crawford came into existence in 1886, so he probably was born in or around Crawford. His name was Edward TUPPER, father John TUPPER, mother Mary COX, both from the eastern seaboard originally. Thanks for any thoughts.
