Survivors include his wife, Patricia PRICE of Wheat Ridge, Colo.; three sons, Tim PRICE and John PRICE, both of Wheat Ridge, and Ed PRICE and wife Kim of Delta; two daughters, Terry and husband Joe ORTNER of Greeley, and Kerry Ann and husband Randy JACKSON of Edgewater; eight grandchildren; two brothers, George PRICE of Westminster, and Sonny PRICE of Florida; two sisters, Beverly HENDRICKSON of Westminster, and Lorrane GODFREY of Wheat Ridge. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, Dec. 9, 2002, at St. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Wheat Ridge. Arrangements are being handled under the direction of Mesa View Mortuary-Cemetery.
