I also have come across your Charles Wesley in a variety of places but have not been able to plug him into his proper place in my Pace material. The Charles Wesley I am tracking is the son of Edward and Susannah Foster Pace. Edward is from VA and Susannah from VA and then TN. IA genweb site? There is a listing there of news articles posted by name. Jonathan Adams(I believe Sereptra's father) has five articles posted around his death in 1893 including one that says list of heirs. Also an article where Richard Pace of CO visits his B-I-L, R. T. Adams, dated 19Dec1895. In researching Paces I have found as many Richards as there are Charles W.s. Where does your Richard Foster fit in? There is a family of Paces in Page county headed by Bazil Pace. I have never been able to figure out that one either. Maybe Richard if part of that family? Will be very interested to hear.
