ARCHULETA died Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2002, at the Delta County Memorial Hospital at Delta at the age of 40. Survivors include one son, Fredrick A. ARCHULETA; three daughters: Danielle V. ARCHULETA, Kimberly H. ARCHULETA, Breanna M. ARCHULETA, all of Delta; his parents, Jose and Lala ARCHULETA, of Austin; two brothers: Jose M. ARCHULETA and David L. ARCHULETA, both of Delta; four sisters: Elizabeth and husband Roger DURAN, of Montrose; Karen B. and husband Mitchell BLACK, Anna N. ARCHULETA, Leona and husband Mark BROOME, all of Delta; his maternal grandmother, Sylvia DURAN, also of Delta, and three nephews, six nieces, and one great-nephew. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 22, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Taylor Funeral Service in Delta. Rosary will be recited Friday, Feb. 22, at 7:30 p.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church in Delta. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, Feb. 23, at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Catholic Church, with Rite of Committal following in the Delta City Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to: American Cancer Society, In Memory of Fred E. Archuleta, c/o Fredrica Morris, 1451 Hwy. 65, Eckert, CO 81418.
