Alfred's Father was Isaac J. Lanning born 15Mar1855 married Elizabeth Pettigrew from Ireland. Isaac J. died 25Jul1941 in Savannah, Missouri. His father was John Lanning born 22Sep1828 in Guernsey County, Ohio. He married Susan Ann Lucas 21Sep1849 she was from Clay County, Indiana and I have not been able to find her parents. I think her fathers name was Thomas Lucas and her mother was Jemima ?? Any help on this line would be really appreciated
