I have just began to research my family tree and was wondering if Ward Paison could possibly be a relation,my fathers name is Richard and my uncles were Don and Charles(Chuck)Paison.

Kathryn Arnold, 86, died on March 5, 2001. She was born to Ethel (Anderson) and George Gauss in Denver on Oct. 16,1914. She attended school in Denver and later attended business college. She married George Houston Arnold on June 26, 1939. She is survived by a brother, John Gauss and a daughter,Virginia Tribe and a son John Arnold.
Erlene B. Warner of Delta died of natural cuases June 9, 2001, at Delta County Memorial hospital. She was 77.She was born in Delta on Sept. 22, 1923, to George and Sarah (Kays) blevins. She spent her childhood in Escalante Canyon. She married Dr. Robert F. Warner in Delta on Aug 27, 1946. he survives. She is also survived by a son,Doug Warner and a daughter, Janice Scott.
Merlyn James Cook, 78, died May 20, 2001, at his home in Overland Park, Kan.He was born to Orval and Zell Cook in Yuma and was raised in Cedaredge. He joined the Army Air corps in 1941.Survivors include his wife, and two daughters and one son..
Lucille P.Wilson 88 of Hotchkiss died June 8, 2001.She was born Oct. 14,1912, in Covert, Kan. She married Roy D. Wilson in 1940 and followed him in military postings during World War II. After the was the couple settled on a Farm outside Paonia. She also taught school and was a librarian. She is survived by two sons and one daughter.
Clara Mason Sellers of Delta died tuesday, June 5, 2001, at Colorow Care Center in Olathe. she was 96 and was able to live all but her last few months at herhome. She was born March 31, 1905 in Oklahoma Territory. She was the eighth of 10 children born to Robert (Mac) and Eliza "Lide" (Ames) Mason. She was two years old when her home became the new state of Oklahoma. On June 14, 1927, she married charles H. Sellers at Walters,Okla. They had one son, charles R. Sellers.
Chancey Clifford Morgan, 18, died Friday, June 8, 2001, at Delta County Memorial Hospital. He was born July 5, 1982, in Delta, to Cliff and Suzann (Scheetz) Morgan. He had enlisted in the U.S. Air force and was looking forward to entering the service on Aug.9.

Robert Milton Thomas, born in 1922 or possibly 1924 or '25, was from Colorado, lived in Northern California for awhile, and moved back to the Littleton, Colorado area around 1957. I was told his mother's name was Leila or Lila. (She and his father divorced, and she married a man with the last name Scull. They lived in the Denver area, possibly Littleton.) I've also been told there are French and Native American ancestors in this line, not too far back. It has been hard for me to get information, as I was adopted and the Thomas's are on my biological father's side of the family.

I know they had a large family and could've had children born in 1922. Some of them live in Colorado according to other relatives. Do you know the parent's names of Robert Milton THOMAS? Thomas is a hard name to research since there are so many of them. I'd like to check into this and see if there is any kind of connection.

She married Joel H. Dickerson Sr. in Audrain County, Missouri on 18 Apr 1880. The family moved to Montrose County, CO and according to Joel Sr's obituary in Apr 1926, they had lived in Ash Mesa for 33 years. There was one son, Joel Jr of Gunnison Co, and two daughters, Azel (Moore) of Montrose and Minnie Odel (Smith) of Delta County born to this union. Hi All, I'm trying to find out something/anything about the death of my ggrandmother Margaret Sinnott PETTEE. Margaret died in Delta, Colorado in 1917 at the age of 87. Her body was returned to Princeton, IL where she is buried next to her husband George P. PETTEE Sr. who d. March 1915. The only other information I have on Margaret is her fathers name was Michael SINNOTT and her mothers was Johanna Bryant SINNOTT. According to the 1870 census for Bureau County Illinois, all three were born in Ireland. I do not know what happened to her parents other than they left IL and ggrandpa knew them in VT before they came her and he and Margaret married. I do not know if she had brothers or sisters. It is a dead end. Since she died in Delta, and at that age along with the fact I know of no PETTEE's living there, at least not from my lines, I can only assume she might have been visiting a relative of hers. If any of you live in Delta or have extensive knowledge of it in 1917, I would appreciate it if you could pass on any information about her death or possible family members living in that area. In the 1885 census is a James P. Barlow listed, which is my Great Grandfather. He died in Delta before the rest of the family moved to CA. Is there anyone there that could check the full census and where he was born and his wife Anna. I do have the names of all children except the oldest that is buried somewhere in Delta. My grandfather states in his Army records he was born 1883 in Crawford, or Fort Crawford,CO. Fort Crawford came into existence in 1886, so he probably was born in or around Crawford. His name was Edward TUPPER, father John TUPPER, mother Mary COX, both from the eastern seaboard originally. Thanks for any thoughts.
