According to an old letter , they went to Oregon to see some relatives. She died there and he went home alone. I am trying to find her death place and buriel place. Julius's brother Gilbert HURD lived in Mosca in Costilla Co. Colorado in the 1910 census. I am thinking that is who they went to visit. Lucia HURD d. 22 Oct 1897 we think in Colorado while visiting the Gilbert HURD family. Is there a record of the cemeteries there at Mosca?
