Caroline was born Aug.20,1850. I don't know where, but I think Monroe county,Ohio. She was married and divorced to my grandfather,Peter McDole, here in Washington,Iowa by 1872. She took the Cochran name back although they had a daughter. She left Iowa and moved to Missouri, as did her father.
