Yes, this is my family. I don't know if you received my previous e-mail or not. Alice, Dossie, Effie, and Cecil Howard are still living. Effie is my mom. Elizabeth Cochran Howard was my grandmother. Asa C & Sarah Margaret Spence Cochran were my great-grandparents. I understand there are more Cochrans in Oklahoma, around Altus ... but this may not be accurate. Thank you for any info you may have.
