My John was born 1814 or 1815 in SC. He had a son named John Caldwell Cochran born abt. 1841 in SC. At one time though, my John was in GA - this we now from birth records of his daughter Elizabeth. John Caldwell Cochran migrated on to TN and two of his several children were born there. I was wondering if somehow there may be even a distant connection.
