Pay to W.B. Cochran or bearer $50.00 as allowed at the Special April Term, 1896. Dated Apr. 17, 1896. Signed by J. R. Farmer, County Clerk, Fort Bend County, Texas. Cert #2403. The tag had the initials BA on it and at that time was 20% off the price of $95. Note: I have no affiliation with this shop, don't know the owners, the seller, etc. I just saw this on the wall and wanted to let ya'll know in case this was issued to one of your ancestors. Paula
