She is survived by Louise Allen and Bradley Dix of Loveland and many other relatives. She was born Oct. 18, 1914, in Gordon, Neb., to Basil and Dama Claire Lugenbeel. She married Edward Foos in Fort Morgan. Graveside services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary of Fort Morgan handled arrangements.
