Moorhead Recorder To All to whome these presents shall come John Irving Carlton of Ewanrigg near Maryport in the County of Cumberland England Engineman and Sarah Isabella Birkett wife of Robert Brickett of Waterhouse in the County of Durham England Coal miner Send Greeting. Whereas Thomas Carlton late of Louisville in the County of Boulder and State of Colorado in the United States of America Mine Manager deceased died on or about the 20th day of January A.
