She died Monday, July 11, 1994, at a Boulder, Colo., nursing home. Mrs. MORLAN was an editor for the Department of Commerce in Boulder, Colo., for several years before she retired in 1988. She earlier had worked as a legal secretary for various law firms in Topeka. She was employed by the U.S. State Department during World War II. She was born July 1, 1923, in Topeka, the daughter of George H. and Iva Nora BYRD VIGNERON. She attended school in Topeka and was graduated from high school in 1940. She attended Washburn University in Topeka, George Washington University in Washington D.C., and the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colo. Mrs. MORLAN was a member of the Denver Artists' Guild. Survivors include a sister, Carolyn Graham, St. Louis; and a brother, George VIGNERON, Seattle. memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association, 1280 S.
