She was the mother of Loveland residents Ronnie Biggs and wife Velma and daughter Patricia Allen. She also is survived by several other relatives. Mrs. Biggs was born May 6, 1924, in Council Grove, Kan., to Carter and Josephine (Acton) Dacy. She moved to Boulder when she was 12 years old and graduated from Boulder High School in 1943. She married Donald O. Biggs on Dec. 22, 1941, in Boulder. Memorial services will be 10 a.m. today at Howe Mortuary, Longmont, the Rev. Julie Parmenter officiating.
