One entry is a deed on 23 Nov 1931 from "Eastman Frank E exec Eastman Addie E estate." There was also on 15 July 1937 a receipt for inheritence tax from the State of Colorado to the Addie Eastman estate. You can write to them and get copies of these and they should also be able to find a will and / or probate for you. Hope this helps, David
