Hello all, I was trying to find an answer to a board post and goggled on this site - http://www.dodgecity.net/kgs/catalog/kgsusac.html . It is a listing of the publications held by the Kansas Genealogical Society. I'm focusing on certain areas but you should all check it out ; they have a great many things of Boulder County interest. Their Colorado holdings are excellent. Now my problem is I have all that many more obscure books to hunt down. Does anyone have any idea where these might be available ? 1.colorado - church - methodist United Methodist Church of Louisville Album Directory 1891-1980 2.colorado - research aid - history A Magazine & Guide to City of Louisville, CO 1980 Weidlein, James R, editor Allegro Communications Boulder, CO 3.colorado - school Views of the Twentieth Century, An Intergenerational Project ... Senior citizens from Louisville, CO & eighth grade students at Louisville Middle School; coordinated by Nancy Eaman; 1994 4.colorado - boulder county - history Louisville Centennial 1978 Louisville (CO) Times 1978 Souvenir edition - Aug 17, 1978; supplement to Louisville Times Many years ago I belonged to a number of societies. I need to start rejoining. But one that was the most useful in a strange way was the local one. I have no family or interests here but every year they'd have a (spring) conference and (fall) day long seminars. I loved the speakers but what I most appreciated was these would draw the vendors and booksellers like bees to honey. Are there any like that in Boulder ? Something where publishers or used book stores or eBay-averse-people come with their wares ? Regards, David
