He is Wm (Bill) Bowen who lives about 5 mi from Longmont. Supposedly has 2 business'in Longmont. He and his wife raise horses also. His phone is unlisted and that is why I'm trying to find him this way. I've just discovered that he is a half brother to my husband's father but has no idea of us-as we didn't them until recently.
