Allen (as he was known as) was a prominent early citizen of the county, mentioned in many reports, including a number of online reports. He migrated to Boulder from Wisconsin around 1860. He is my wife's great great grandfather. I have many reports about him, including a copy of a family bible page; but none of these reports tell who his parents were.
