    3. -------- Original Message -------- Subject: Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness Date: Sat, 23 Dec 2000 22:07:53 -0800 From: "Twila Smith" <smithtnt@home.com> Reply-To: "Twila Smith" <smithtnt@home.com> Organization: @home To: <Coboulde-l-request@rootsweb.com> Name: Greenfield, George Warren Born: January 7, 1876 Decd: November 2, 1948 Place of death: County Hospital Services at: Howe Mortuary 2121 11th Street Boulder CO 80302 303-442-3840 Burial: Columbia County The above named is my maternal grandfather. I just recently received the "Record of Funeral" from Howe Mortuary which contained the above information. I cannot find a Columbia County Cemetery on record and am wondering if this is a pauper's cemetery and thus named "County Cemetery". I am unfamiliar with the Boulder area although my uncle, William Lester Greenfield, and his family lived in that area for many years. I also have a copy of my grandfather's obituary but there is no date nor the name of the paper on the article. I would very much appreciate a copy of my grandfather's headstone, if any, or any information regarding his death or the cemetery. Of course, I will be happy to reimburse you for the postage and cost of the picture or other information that you may provide me. Thank you in advance for any help you may be able to give me.
