The newspaper index had these daughter birth announcements: George Plane, dau. b. June 11, 1886 Someone covered the announcements page for this day in the microfilm with a hand-drawn cartoon. Arggh! George V. Plane, dau. b. Dec. 15, 1893 This is the one I found - let me know if you'd like the copy George V. Plane, dau. b. Sep 23, 1898 Couldn't find an announcement Sep. 16, 23, or 30 Remember that these are the dates of the papers, not the births. I hope that Cara can look up the earlier census records to help you track the Plane family, and maybe get a birthplace for George. - Karen

I found the couple in the marriage records index book: Valentine Plane to Rebecca Bell Feb. 5, 1881 W. H. Gillam Min. Anyone have any connection to these ALLENS. They were in a place designated Britan, Layfayette, CO. Any info appreciated. Phyllis
Hi...have been trying to do research on my ggrandfather, George V. Plane on when he came from England to the US. The immigration index lists the BGS quarterly as the source of the information so I recently obtained a copy of the BGS Quarterly (Nov 1982) that listed him but I am not sure what the information is referring to and thought someone might be able to assist. Here is the full listing Boulder Naturalization Papers, CONT., (PQRS, cont) Submitted by Lois Wescott Plane, George v. Vol 2, p. 523 Great Britain & Ireland Wit: Andrew K.
