Jannine, Thanks for your response. As you can tell from my posting I have yet to find the references to specific primary documentation of the German records. Everything that I have refers to the data from others. I just can't get back to the sources. There is a great deal of data out that indicates that someone, sometime, had to have had direct access to primary German sources. I will keep looking. I'm sorry but I looked through my Coble research folder and do not see any documents that you might have sent. In addition, I don't recall seeing any. Please send the materials that you have in mind that bear upon this search. I'm sorry if you are sending it again! My address is: 608 Hovey Way/Roseville, CA 95678 Thanks again...........Larry Coble PS: I have not forgotten about my promise to get an article for the newsletter to you about Jacob Kobel and the founding of Cobleskill, NY. The last reference that I was looking for has finally been found and is being sent to me. -----Original Message----- From: Jannine Coble Gregory [mailto:Jannine@ix.netcom.com] Sent: Saturday, September 02, 2000 5:40 PM To: COBLE-L@rootsweb.com Subject: Re: [COBLE] Coble research Larry, did you get the old records I sent you?
