    3. Is anyone else having problems with Ancestry.com? I'm so frustrated with it I'm ready to demand my money back. "No data" messages, queries that don't work, databases that appear to contain no data, a pathetic "contact us" method, etc. Then, the next time, everything works fine. I've communicated my feelings. If you're having similar problems, do the same.
