Hi, I am looking for any Coats that had daughter named Cisily/Sicily Coats who married William Willis in Rowan Co N C in 1810. I think she was daughter of William Coats who possibly went there around 1790/95.and went on to TN, but I don't have proof. If you have anyone of these, please post. Thanks, Stella
