William; Those are all familiar Coats names. However, there are so many Jameses, Johns and Williams, it's hard to keep them straight. That Sleata is possibly Seata, which was the name of my aunt, Seata Coats. This is close to my ggrandfather, John Alexander Coats, who moved from Lauderdale Co, Ms after the war, to Callahan Co. Tx. They may have stopped at Coryell Co. on the way for a few years.
