We have another kit extension in from 12 points to 25 and it's the 3rd time I know of where additional results have moved the person from their original group to another group! I just posted the results at http://www.ancestrees.com/dn/family.html under what is now the group called Hezekiah Coats. In this case it shows 2 different persons that have possible Robert Coates of Massachusetts connections having DNA similarities that would support same. Now the work will be to prove each of the generations back to see if this is their common ancestor. In any case, if you only have 12 points of DNA as a test, it doesn't necessarily confirm that you are in the correct cousin grouping on our Coates DNA page. So far 25 points has been the position where you can at least know that you've been connected to the correct cousins.
