Samuel died Nov 6, 1935 in Bernice OK, was buried Nov 8, 1935 in McLauglin Cemetery...I'm not sure where this was but probably around the Vinita area...says he was born in Kansas, no place of birth for his father...at the bottom of the record there looks like another name as well...a Cr?by Ernest Coats or Eiruest ...can't quite make it out... He was a member or the funeral was held at teh Baptist Church in Bernice...I'm not sure where this is...
