I've found another 1817 deed for a Benjamin Coats in 1817, says he is from Bedford County TN and calls him a junr...James Tucker to Benajmin Coats, junr, a lot in Shelbyville TN, Bedford County... These conveyances again like the Newberry Deeds are not the same as the ones that are in the Coats Archive...they're all deeds but apparently different records than the Bedford County conveyances that I have...
