But using the cites from the Persi Index you send the order to the Allen County Public Library in IN...it took about 2 months to get this info and all you get is the page or article you cite in the order... The initial cost sent with the order is $7.50 - that included a full set of orders i.e. the order has room for six articles you want...then they bill you .20/page for the material, in my case that was $2.60, which I now will sent them a check for....
