Does anyone on the list have any documentation to confirm or correct the following family group? I think that the children of Isaac are secure but I am unsure of his connection to parents John & Mary. Isaac Coates s/o John Coates & Mary Hale born after 1712 died by 1786 marriage details unknown but likely more than one. (an adult by 1754 in father's will but in 1786 lists minor daughter in his will) children - Isaac Coates - no further information Abraham Coates - died 1804 wife Frances John Coates - possibly also listed as Jacob Coates - died after 1804 Elizabeth Coates - died after 1804 married to John Wright Van Cleve of N.J. documentation used was obtained from ancestry.com (so possibly contain errors)..... 1) 1754/60 will of John Coates names children Warwick, Isaac, Rebecca, Abraham, John Jane, Sarah, Mary & Hannah. 2) abstract of will of Isaac Coates written May 25, 1786 / proved Sept. 7, 1786 Coates, Isaac.
