    2. For goodness sake Louise chill. Charlotte has spent countless hours of her time over the years answering questions, doing investigations, and playing traffic cop for all us Coats' as we tried to make our way through the maze of records. As with all of us, Charlotte's time and or interests have move on to other things and she has offered a viable alternative to her being in complete control of a very time consuming task. It is her call as to which road she chooses to take concerning the web site. If your information was already on the web site then I say you have no right to say anything about it being on the CD. If not, you have no dog in this fight. If you had a beef with Charlotte I think a private e-mail to her would have been more appropriate. My two cents worth. Terry L. We all thought the Coats/Coates/Etc was going to be free and informative source for our family genealogy. I am sure you would never include my genealogy Char..since you know I have always been adverse to selling my family away and we have done a few things together that I thought you had agreed with. I can understand the many films and their sale. However I do hope you have not included my research, Etc on any of your DVD's. I would have to take issue with that. I will order it to make sure. Don't forget Grainger Co had very little to offer and I traveled to get most of the genealogy that is not available to the electronic public. I wondered why you had become cold in our correspondences ..well now I know. I am sorry I offered a free web site and all the web space you needed to upload and maintain the Coats/Coates sites. Now I know why..Money! I do understand retirement, I do not understand you not being honest. Are all those stories about attorneys true? Girl.. I didn't go your route. I have taken my genealogy site down..However I have included the address at my business sites and have had more response. Lewis did not come from your suggestion..He was found in ship migration 1798. Ticks me off that you sold out. Don't call me , I'll call you. Have a good life, Louise Kohl Terry L.
