Well my excitement from yesterday was for nothing. The book with St. Helena Parish Successions is a book I had already seen . Succession Records of St. Helena Parish 1804-1854 page 162 Elijah P. Coats Judge St. Helena Parish year 1825. I've already gone to St. Helena once but, I believe I'm going to make another trip probably next week. There has to be something more than one document with Elijah Coats name on it . Also, Abner Glover and Wm. Hickman were in St. Helena Parish,LA at one time as was one of Pollard Coats sons. Moses Tylar (m) Elizabeth Hickman was there 'I believe ' ** Elizabeth Hickman was Pollard Coats aunt. (A sister to Helena Hickman) Wm. Tylar may have also been in St Helena Parish,LA as well.
