Someone in my branch of the William Otis Tate, father of Mary Frances Tate, family suggested this J. F. Coats may have lived in New Mexico. Without a name rather than initials, I am not succeeding. It would surely be wonderful if you knew of a family member who married Mary Frances Tate.
