This case of 1839 revolved around William Grayum dying intestate (without a will) and the need to sell his property to pay his debts. The people named were his brothers and sisters and his widow, Rachel, who married John Swindler. In the deeds, there was one land transaction between Henry D. Bane and the Donnallys - the one referred to in the foreclosure. Deeds were also recorded that showed transactions between the Donnallys and James Newton and the Grahams (Grayum).
