I have just added these records to the Texas Documents pages...remember, even though a Civil War vet fought for say, Louisana or Alabama, he usually applied to the state of his residence for a pension...in this case Texas.... I transcribed the second page of the deed as I couldn't be sure of ledgibility. I preserved the line sequence, punctuation and capitalization.
