Well, I've decided to try my hand at some record distribution... I always hate to order microfilm if I don't know what's on it...and have gotten burned a few times...so I've decided if I order the microfilm and can help others looking...guess I'd give it a try... Costs will be nominal...sorta like Strictly by Name except I'm not going to do transcriptions...takes to long and I hate reading that old writting...<g>...I'll put index of names up also...so you can see what's there...boy, is that nice... Oh, any Coate, Coates, Coats info I find in any of the microfilm I order I'm going to still scan and put in the Coate, Coates, Coats Archive...this will just help defray the costs and it's fun...<g>.. Eventually I'd like to put some of the record groups on CD but that will be some time down the road...those SC Council minutes are not on microfilm or published, so that might be great for a CD... Once again any Coate, Coates, Coats info will be extracted from all the records and put in the Coate, Coates, Coats Archive just like always...
