Clarksville is in Montgomery County, TN which is just over from White & Smith Counties if I remember correctly. So it would be possible that he is connected to the Clouse line from that area ... but without a year I wouldn't know which John to begin looking at. I don't have a Dessal Lee Clouse in my files.
