My letter to the address came back "return to sender". The best bet would be to try to get to Knox Co. Ky and their genealogy society. They may have a copy and you could copy what you need. I may try to do that this summer. I have so far bypassed the book as it would make for interesting reading and give you a few clues but it is not a primary source and I'm unsure if it cites any since I haven't seen it. Good Luck.
