Does anyone have data on Tailor or Putman [I suspect that Putman should be Putnam]? Propinquity being a major point in the possibility of Charlotte being Charlotte Tapp, I checked for Tapp on rootsweb and found that indeed there were Tapps in close relationship to Clouses.
