Especially to the Clouses. I used to be able to trace my side of the family from Asbury Clouse all the way to to the 'suposed' Phettiplace Clouse. Now I can go no further than Asbury's father Charles. All the information that used to be here was very factual. My father has a book of Clouse's and everthing that used to be here was right in the book. Now there is hardly nothing pertaining to my part of the family. Even the information that is there now, is not completely correct, names are miss spelled and so on. Is there anyway of locating the old information? If you know please post. Ever since I connected "our" Clouses (the ones who moved from White County to Fannin County TX) to the TN branch, I have been trying to untangle and connect stray family lines. I appreciate the names and dates. As I mentioned, Almira was the sister to my husband's great grandfather Isaac Wesley "Gus" Clouse, who married Margarett Malinda "Maggie" Barger, and they moved to TX and eventually OK, where they died (she 1903 he 1908).
