The Service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Tallahassee Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Thursday at Culley's Meadow Wood Timberland Road Chapel (877-8191). A native of Bainbridge, Ga., and former resident of Tallahassee, he had lived in Dover for the past eight years. He was a former employee of the Operations Department of the Leon County Road Department. In addition, he was an assistant pastor and member of God's Miracle Mission in Dover and a member of Congrational Holiness Church in Tallahassee. He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Cloud of Dover, a son, William C. Cloud of Tallahassee; a stepson Wayne DeBary of Tallahassee; three daughters, Ada Scherer of Belle Glade, Mary Dean of Zephyr-hills and jennifer Cloud of Dover; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Cooper of Tallahassee; two brothers, eugene Cloud of Thomasville, Ga., and the Rev. Charles M. Cloud of Jacksonville; four sisters, Dorothy Velie of Walden, N.Y., Bennie Smith and Myrtice Ward, both of Monticello, and Mary Stewart of Homerville, Ga.; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
