OH MY GOSH. Joseph F. Cloud is my ggggrandfather!! We could never figure out where he was between his marriage in 1823 and his relocation to Texas just before 1850. Now I know to look in Little Rock and the surrounding area. I have 4 different Walter Clouds in my line, but don't know which one this patent might be for. Thank you for posting this information. How do you fit in to the Cloud family? Would you be willing to share other information?
