Hi Laura, At last I will get to meet you. Will Joe be with you? It would be nice if you could be present for the entire event but I understand the limitations of your travel schedule. Friday evening, the 16th or Saturday, the 17th would be your best bet. We will be on a bus tour most of Sunday. If you want to just attend the meetings, the registration cost will be $10. If you come on Saturday and want to join the group for the luncheon, the cost will be $35. The "Corporate Business Meeting" will be held Saturday morning from 8:30 a.m. until 11.30 a.m. I'm sorry to hear that your parents are not able to travel.
