Ken -- the article that best addresses the inquiry is in vol. XXIII, no 1 (2000-2001), pp. 10-13, entitled "The Mystery of Isaac Cloud, Colonial Virginia (Follow-up)." I don't think your CD goes up to that issue. I don't know whether Jan keeps any back issues for sale, but I believe that a number of libraries (i.e., with good genealogical divisions) throughout the country subscribe to the CFJ.
