Ronnie Smith straightened me out about Polly Ann being the widow of Joseph CLOUD, s/o Burrell & Polly. I had suspected there must have been another son of Burrell. Ronnie has confirmed that and is definitely the one you found in Cooper Co MO. Ronnie also confirmed that Orlena, the informant on the death certificate was a half sister of William, nee Orlena BREWER. Ken -- I thought it was generally accepted that this Joseph was a son of Capt. William Cloud of the Peter's Creek family by his second wife Eliz. Morgan. I believe Fulkerson makes that point.
