I had the privilege of meeting my cousin Onnie this summer along with her daughter, Shirley and son-in-law Armstead Hayes. What a wonderful delight. Her father named her after the most beautiful girl in Macon County, Alabama (per Onnie), his cousin Onie Cloud (later Mrs. John Hannon), my great aunt.
