It includes some information on Aaron (son of Bayliss and Elizabeth Cloud) and A.J. Hayden (possibly Anna Jane) and their children: Charlotte, Pendelton, Mattie Anna and Mary (twins), and Bayless Hayden. It then moves through the history of Mattie Anna who married John Smith Sheppard In El Paso, Illinois on Sept. 16,1874 and whose children include Nettie Ruth and at least 9 others.
